1. Indicative website rates
Rates displayed on this website are indicative special economy rates for eligible shipments of 71 KG or more. They are stated per KG, GST extra, and are not a binding quotation. Final pricing depends on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher), dimensions, carton count, contents, value, pickup and delivery postcodes, carrier availability and applicable surcharges.
2. Transit estimates
The stated 8–12 working-day estimate excludes customs clearance, inspections, destination duty/tax payment, receiver action, weekends and public holidays, remote-area movement, weather, security events and other matters outside reasonable carrier control. No delivery date is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing for an eligible service.
3. Customs, duty and tax
International shipments are subject to origin, transit and destination laws. The sender must provide true, complete and accurate descriptions, values and documents. Destination duty, tax, storage, examination, permit, return or disposal charges are separate unless expressly included in the final quotation.
4. Prohibited and restricted goods
Dangerous, illegal, prohibited, incorrectly declared or carrier-restricted items will not be accepted. Food, medicines, cosmetics, liquids, powders, batteries, electronics, seeds, wooden products, high-value goods and controlled products require prior written eligibility confirmation and may still be refused by a carrier or authority.
5. Weight, dimensions and packing
The sender must provide final packed measurements. Carrier-audited weight and dimensions control billing. The sender is responsible for suitable internal and external packaging, accurate labelling and removing obsolete labels from reused cartons.
6. Pickup and delivery
Pickup and door delivery are subject to serviceability, access and carrier conditions. Address correction, redelivery, remote-area, oversized-piece, special-handling and return charges may apply.
7. Quotations and payment
A quotation is valid only for the period and shipment details stated in writing. Changes to contents, dimensions, weight, value, postcode, route or carrier conditions can change the price. Do not make payment until the company and shipment details have been verified through an official contact channel.
8. Carrier conditions and liability
Shipments may also be governed by the selected carrier’s terms, limitations and claims procedure. Liability, where applicable, is subject to the governing service terms and law. Additional shipment protection should be requested before dispatch when available.
