How courier charges to Singapore are calculated
The advertised ₹299 + GST/Kg price applies to eligible economy shipments of 71+ KG after the shipment has been checked. It should not be treated as a fixed price for every carton or product category. International courier pricing is based on billable weight, and the billable weight is usually the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight.
Final charges may change according to carton dimensions, number of pieces, pickup postcode, destination postcode, contents, declared value, fuel surcharge, remote-area delivery, special handling, carrier availability and the documents required for the shipment.

Important: GST is extra and T&C apply. Destination duty, tax, remote-area fees, address correction, storage, return, inspection and special handling are not included unless they are specifically stated in the final quotation.
Transit and customs
Delivery time to Singapore
The advertised economy estimate is 8–12 working days. The estimate begins after the shipment has been accepted, documents are complete and the carrier has collected or received the parcel. Customs-clearance time is excluded.
Singapore Customs may assess GST, permits or controlled-goods requirements based on the item category and declared value.
Public holidays, weather, security checks, receiver availability, incorrect addresses and delivery to remote locations can extend the delivery time. Express services may be available for suitable shipments when speed is more important than economy pricing.

Items that need prior approval
Liquids, powders, batteries, electronics, cosmetics, supplements, seeds, wooden products, high-value goods, branded products, food and medicines may need additional checks. Dangerous goods, prohibited items and incorrectly declared contents will not be accepted.

- Receiver name, phone, email, full address and postcode
- Item declaration, commercial/proforma invoice and packing list
- Prescription and purchase invoice for eligible medicines
- Additional certificates, permits or declarations for regulated products
Use strong export-quality cartons, internal cushioning and sealed inner packaging where necessary. Remove old labels and barcodes from reused boxes. Do not seal the final package until the item list and documents have been reviewed.
